TH My Story -Continued

September 23, 2011

As a father of a PTSD victim I can tell you her children suffer the most.  They are the hostages her alcoholic husband holds now.  They miss her.  She cries at night, and seeks out any companionship.  She is still afraid, and part of that fear is that she cannot raise the children alone, taught to her with violence upon abuse that only increased with her own successes.  CA law favors the wage earner, and women are the victim again, and here is where I have taken to a determined effort to tell the local judge to leave my daughters alone.  Your laws are represenitive of the alcoholic condition our legislature must certainly be in. What drunk doesn’t abuse his wife? Courage is seeing what needs done and doing it.
